Next Day Delivery

We have partnered with Australia Post and Team Global Express (AKA Toll Priority) to provide a quick and cost-effective delivery in Australia. Once an order is placed, our system automatically selects the best shipping option for your order based on your delivery address.

Orders placed before 2:30 PM (A.E.S.T) on business days will be shipped via Express Next Business Day service and are expected to arrive the next working day in all major cities in Australia*.  Due to number of distribution points that an item needs to travel to reach destination, shipping to regional towns and Tasmania could take an extra day or two to be delivered. Orders placed after 2:30pm on Fridays and over the weekends and public holidays will be shipped on Monday/after public holiday, also via Express Next Business Day service.

We only charge $9.90 for one item under 1kg, for express service, usual express shipping costs between $15 to $19.00 in Australia. 

Delivery costs are calculated using the following rates.

• Up to 1Kg = $9.90Inc GST
• Up to 3Kg = $19.90Inc GST
• Up to 5Kg = $29.90Inc GST
• 5Kg and above = $29.90Inc GST + $6.95per additional kilograms

Please contact us for shipping cost of 15 items and above, we can provide free shipping based on the products and delivery address.

Battery Shipment;
Due to international safety restrictions, batteries can only be transported via Road or Sea.  Therefore, we have no choice but to use road service to ship batteries to our customers around the country.  Further information about this is available when you add a battery to your cart.  So, if you are placing an order for a laptop battery, please bear in mind that the delivery could be 1-3 business  days*, based on your location.

In order to provide the safest and efficient service, we ask our customers to select either Signature Required, or Signature Not Required while completing orders.

Signature Required;
                If this option is selected, the courier driver requires signature on delivery.  If no one is available to sign for the parcel up on arrival, a card will be left at the premises for the parcel to be picked up from Toll Depot, nearest Australia Post or pay a redelivery fee for the parcel to be redelivered.

Signature Not Required:
               if this option is selected, parcel will be left at the premises on the doorstep, in the mailbox or on the front lawn (if it is safe to do so).

Please Note:

• We are only responsible for your order while it is in our possession, our responsibility ends once parcel is successfully delivery; therefore, we can not be held responsible if your parcel has taken from your mail/door or has been damaged after it was delivered. 
• If the parcel redelivery is required, a redelivery fee of $12.95 will also apply
• Due to restriction on flying Li-Ion and Li- Polymer batteries, all batteries ordered might take 1-2 extra days to arrive.
