Laptop Plus is the trading name of an Australian owned and operated Company known as Koala Laptop Accessories Pty Ltd (ABN: 43 122 320 834).

Formed in 2006, Laptop Plus operates from South Australia, providing laptop parts and accessories to all PC and Mac users around Australia and New Zealand. Laptop Plus carries Laptop Batteries and AC Adapters suitable for over 40,000 laptop models.

 Laptop Plus also carries laptop bags, keyboards, mice, laptop stands, storage options, laptop bags, and various highly inventive products for multimedia and professional use. These accessories are designed to make laptop use as easy and productive as possible for home and office workers alike. All products listed on this website have been hand-picked from internationally known factories with the aim of providing quality and peace of mind to our customers.

Unless otherwise stated, our products carry a 12 month comprehensive warranty in accordance with our terms and conditions.

1 - Introduction

From our observations, the particular segment of the market we seek to service is presently catered by overseas (non-Australian) companies. The laptop products currently provided by these overseas companies are of lower quality and often at the more expensive end of the scale, communications are restricted, and follow up service at the very least is difficult, if not sometimes impossible. This can result in costly products being both unusable and in a practical sense, non-replaceable or the price paid non-refundable.

Our mission statement has been formulated against this background.

In order to ensure high quality, Laptop Plus sources 90% of its products directly from the manufacturers. These manufacturers have been hand-selected by us with reference to their manufacturing and quality control standards. Having a direct contact with the manufacturers has given Laptop Plus the ability to provide high-quality, cutting-edge technology laptop accessories.

Laptop Plus carries laptop batteries and AC adapters for every laptop sold in Australia for the past 10-12 years. While we can’t claim to provide 100% support for every laptop in the country, we can guarantee to have a solution for our clients with unusual laptops. Laptop Plus aims to create a one-stop-shop for all laptop batteries, AC adapters and laptop accessories in Australia and New Zealand.

About The Laptop Plus Website

This website has been designed to be as user friendly as possible. The Advanced Search function gives our customers an easy way of identifying their laptops and purchasing a suitable product. We are also available on the phone and by email, should any of our customers wish to confirm the suitability of a product.

All products must be paid for securely through our website. Laptop Plus collects the details of customers to ensure quality service and reduce fraud. The details collected by Laptop Plus are highly valued, and we are absolutely committed to our policy of compliance with all Australian and international privacy laws to protect our client’s data.

All orders processed before 2:00 PM EST will be shipped via “Toll Priority” or Australia Post and will be delivered the next business day in Australia with the exception of remote locations where deliveries are made weekly (please contact us for more details).

Deliveries to New Zealand are subject to customs clearance and local courier companies, therefore we are unable to advise a set delivery time for New Zealand.
