Who are
Formed in 2006 in Adelaide South Australia, LaptopPlus is the trading name of an Australian owned and operated Company “Koala Laptop Accessories Pty Ltd” (ABN: 43 122 320 834).
In 2006 we anticipated the increasing number of laptops in the market and identified a need for an Australian company that could support the growing demand for laptop parts and accessories- specifically batteries and chargers.
Today LaptopPlus is the largest company in Australia for laptop batteries and charger/adapters. We have a database and an inventory that supports all major brand laptops that have been released to the market for the past 10 years.

Laptop Adapters
The majority of the laptop adapters we supply have been designed in house through our years of extensive experience in the field and are manufactured by our factory partner in Asia. All laptop adapters sold by LaptopPlus are tested and approved for the Australian market, with safety approval numbers printed on each product. In addition, we are investing in new designs with portability in mind, as well as putting a focus on environmentally friendly packaging.
Laptop Batteries and Accessories
All other products, such as Asus laptop batteries and other accessories, are sourced from top factories and tested extensively before added to our inventory. Furthermore, all products sold by LaptopPlus carry a 12-month comprehensive warranty.
Our Website
At LaptopPlus we understand the diversity of our clients. Because there is a large spectrum of technical knowledge in IT for our end-users we have put emphasis on creating a user-friendly website. We are proud of the fact that even clients with very little technical knowledge can select the correct products for their laptop.
In 2012 LaptopPlus became the first company to have a
3 step search wizard on the market. Our database and search wizard can display a suitable charger and battery with 98% accuracy for major laptop brands in market. Considering the vast number of brands, series and models our current database hosts approximately 150,000 models of laptops.
Our Delivery
We have partnered with Australia Post and Toll Priority to deliver products to our client as fast and efficiently as possible. Based on the location of each order, we select which freight company is best to deliver the goods and to that address. This enables orders placed before 2:30pm Eastern Standard Time to be delivered the next business day.
After Sales Service
As mentioned above, all our products carry a 12month comprehensive warranty. We also understand that sometimes mistakes are made and so offer product returns for exchange or refund when an incorrect product has been purchased due to customer error. Returns are processed and handled on our website where clients can track the progress of their return by logging into their account, without needing to make sometimes challenging phone calls or experiencing a lengthy wait for answers.
